Returns & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase from Palmer Jewelers Inc. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your order.

Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

  • We offer exchanges within 7 days of the date you receive your item.
  • You must request an exchange within this 7-day period.
  • We do not offer refunds on in-store or online purchases under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Only eligible items may be exchanged.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable) included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt) is required.

Final Sale & Sale Items

  • All sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are considered final sale.
  • Final sale and sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

How to Request an Exchange To request an exchange, please contact us at palmerjewelers@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide instructions for completing your exchange.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending items back for exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at palmerjewelers@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange for the same item or store credit, at our discretion.

Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of an immediate exchange. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and is subject to the same exchange and final sale rules outlined in this policy.

Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for exchange for hygiene or custom-order reasons (such as customized, engraved, or special-order pieces). Any such items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase and will be considered final sale.

Policy Changes Palmer Jewelers Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the date of posting.
